Requirements and Challenges

1.     Remote Control

Through connector RS485 to satisfy the remote monitoring request, realize remote control, remote signaling and telemetering automatically, get the real time running parameters and status. When abnormality or serious faults occur, the machine will give the control center alarms and realize remote control.

 

2. Series connection and Paralleling operation

Series connection ---with ATS, realize auto switch transfer between the mainline and gensets, or between two standby gensets .

Paralleling ---   Under rated power factor, two or more gensets with three phase, can be paralleled smoothly。

 

3、Working conditions

24 hours consecutive stable power output at rated power (10% overload for 1 hour permissible each 12 hours), in the following conditions.

Altitude height: 1000 meters.

Humidity: 60%

Temperature lower limit -40°C, upper limit 55°C

Special area could choose the other solution according to the corresponding conditions.

4、Main and necessarily protective equipments

The machine will automatically stop and give signals in the following cases: low oil pressure, high temperature, over speed, start failure.

When the main fails, the control panel will auto start after the confirmation(0-60s adjustable). The power generator can start itself consecutively for three times. It is about 5s for the auto start, 2-3s to load. When the frequency and voltage reach the rated value, the control panel will give ATM a signal to automatic switch the main load to generator load; when the main power gets back, the control panel will give the ATS a signal to automatic switch the generator load to main load after the confirmation(0-60 mins delay adjustable), the generators will automatically stop after cooling (0-60 mins delay adjustable) and then stand by. The generator could start successfully at the rate 99%.

Technical parameters: steady-state voltage regulation≦±0.5%, transient voltage regulation≦±15%.steady time 1.0s. on no load: line voltage sin waveform distortion <3%，volatility <0.5%; steady-state frequency regulation≦±0.5%,transient frequency regulation≦±5%，steady time <3s，volatility≦0.5%）

Advanced diesel engine control system and excellent ECU alarming function. Self-faults diagnostic system can detect engine fault codes.

 

Superb power generators, with low noise design, configured with auto control system, connected ATS to ensure the standby power could supply immediately once the main fails. The power supply is stable, low noise and optimized exhausting, which is compliant with the Germany TA-Luft Standard，the U.S. California Air Resources Board( CARB) standard, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) standard and European off-highway emission standard. The automatic control and ATS could satisfy the telecom’s special requirements. The machine can be connected with computer (friendly interface, operation software in both Chinese and English) with RS232 or RS485/422 connector to realize remote control, remote signaling and telemetering automatically at unattended operation
